Scappoose Creek Inn is a bed and breakfast which is housed in two beautifully restored farmhouses and dairy barn with a tree lined drive on 4 acres. The beauty and tranquility provides an oasis for any romantic or personal retreat. During Prohibition, the barn was the setting for one of the largest "busts" in Columbia County for its massive still. Producing and selling "bootleg" liquor was a profitable business at that time. It is now an event hall that can host up to 150 people for ceremonies, receptions, high school & family reunions, conferences, art shows, and craft & wellness retreats.
